New Year and More Photos!

Hello everyone!

Dead Melon would like to wish you all a very happy new year! We would just like to thank everyone who supported us in 2011 and that we love you all and will be taking 2012 by storm! (As apparently the world is ending 21/12/12 so we are gonna go out with a bang!)

Anyway! It's been a while since we were last active on this account and we would like to apologize for that! Katie's been mega busy working and Kim has recently got a new job too! So we have been very busy since Expo and with Christmas it was all a bit hectic! D:

Also usually it's Kim hassling Katie to get her photos up but oddly enough after Expo Katie got her edits up and Kim was still struggling behind! Crazy! At the moment Kim's laptop has broke and has been sent off for repairs which could take up to six weeks if it can be fixed! So I'm sorry to all those still waiting for photos from her, she won't be able to sort them out until she gets her laptop back! :/

We hope all you guys have a great new year and thanks again for sticking by us!
Right now there is a list in our information/da id - type box of ALL the conventions we will most likely be attending! So when your ready if you want photos don't be afraid to ask and we will pencil you in! :]

Helloooooo...
We're Dead Melon Photography, why Dead Melon? Being honest? We're not sure :/
Anyhoooo! We're two cosplayers from England who like to take pictures of... You guessed it cosplayers and are interested in doing shoots for anyone that would like one.
We attend London Expos and other conventions when funds allow, so if anyone is interested drop us a note, email, howler whatever your preferred method of contact is!

Katie and I (Kim) met back in 2009 at October London MCM Expo and didn't really talk much until Kim was invited to join #Cumph-Cosplay. And didn't really start talking properly until Katie moved to Maidstone for University and gradually we became the "unnofficial photographers" of the group!
Dead Melon was created for our various photoshoots with different cosplayers!
If you would like a photoshoot please don't hesitate to ask us we don't bite... Much! ;D

Completed her Photography A-Level at Sixth Form and then went on to study at University. Excellent at Photoshop!
Currently working as a Chef in a restaurant in Christchurch.

Studied Photography for AS-Level at Sixth Form and that's about as far as her experience with Photography goes.. The rest is kinda made up on the spot! Completely hopeless with Photoshop!

(None of the conventions are written in stone just yet but these are the ones we plan to attend this year!)
